Soloconcertos.com is a website offering MP3 downloads of computer simulated orchestral accompaniments for concertos (without the solo part). We use advanced software to replicate the experience of a real orchestral environment, allowing you to enhance your practice with convincing orchestral accompaniment. Our practice tracks offer a variety of benefits to ensure your performance preparation is both effective and fun. All you’ll need is a set of speakers, an MP3 player, and your instrument of choice!
Why our concertos are great:
Each of our concertos is available in several tempos, allowing performers of all skill levels to develop their performance at their own pace.
Tempos are steady and reasonable, with ritardandos and rubatos at traditionally appropriate occasions in the score, such as before cadenzas and at the closing measures of a movement.
As you’d expect, our renditions are clean, and in tune; helping you to fix those slightly out of tune notes.
You can purchase our practice packages, in which you receive two to three extra tracks for each movement; each in a different tempo.
